Terms & Conditions Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

 

Welcome to Super Good Marketers, LLC. By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

 

1. Services

We provide digital marketing services including SEO, Google & Meta Ads, social media management, email marketing, website creation, PR/brand assistance, CRO, lead generation, and business consulting.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information required to perform services.
  • Grant necessary access to accounts, websites, or platforms.
  • Comply with all applicable laws related to content, ads, and data usage.

3. Payments

  • Fees will be outlined in proposals, contracts, or invoices.
  • Payments are due according to the terms stated (e.g., monthly retainers).
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Client retains ownership of their brand assets, data, and accounts.
  • Super Good Marketers retains ownership of proprietary tools, processes, and materials used to deliver services.
  • Work produced under contract becomes the property of the client upon full payment unless otherwise stated.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business, marketing, or client data shared during the course of services.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., search rankings, ad conversions).
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the past 3 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice per contract terms. Outstanding fees remain payable.

 

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

 

9. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with the revised effective date.
